General Information
Attire
Students should be dressed appropriately for physical activity. Tennis shoes and comfortable clothing should be worn on P.E. days (currently scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday). Students should also bring a water bottle. It is important to stay hydrated when exercising. Please do not send sports drinks; water only.
Conditioning
Strength, stamina, and aerobic conditioning is scheduled for Wednesdays. These activities will help to prepare students for state testing in the spring. The focus will be on sit-ups, push-ups, flexibility, and running.
Games & Activities
Our class is scheduled for physical education instruction by a credentialed teacher on Mondays and Tuesdays 9:00-9:45 a.m.
